At Furbal, we are committed to delivering your order efficiently and securely. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, with tracking details provided once your order has shipped.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method. We offer both domestic and international shipping where available. Delivery times may vary depending on your region and carrier, but we work with reliable partners to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible.

 

Please ensure that your shipping information is accurate at checkout. Furbal is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address details. While we strive for timely delivery, external factors such as customs processing or carrier delays may occasionally impact shipping times.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Furbal offers a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with photos and a description of the issue—we will resolve it promptly at no additional cost.

For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Requests made after the 14-day period or for used items may not be approved.
